Why I Decided to Create These Support Spaces

Over the past year, I’ve been thinking a lot about connection.

It’s something so many of us crave but often don’t have enough of. Whether it’s because of heartbreak, being neurodivergent, or simply not having the right people around you — it can feel lonely, even when you’re surrounded by others.

I know that feeling. And I know how much difference it makes to have a space where you can just show up exactly as you are — no expectations, no judgment.

That’s why I’ve decided to create a range of support groups and monthly packages.

They’re not therapy. They’re not formal.

They’re simply spaces where you can hang out, be yourself, and know you’re not alone.

The Groups

💔 Heartbreak + Breakup Support

For women navigating heartbreak and breakups. A space to share, cry, laugh, and start rebuilding with others who get it.

🌶 Neurospicy Hangout

For ADHD, autistic, and generally neurodivergent folks (diagnosed or self-diagnosed). A low-pressure hangout where info-dumping, stimming, and just being yourself is totally okay.

🤝 Social Connection Space

For anyone who just needs more social connection in their life. A friendly, safe space to talk, listen, or just exist alongside others.

What’s Included

Each group comes with:

• 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 A weekly 1-hour Zoom hangout

• 📰 A weekly newsletter with encouragement + gentle reminders you’re not broken

• 💬 An optional 20-min 1:1 check-in (at a time that works for you)

• 📱 A 24/7 private WhatsApp chat

All of this is £20/month.

Why I Created This

Because I wish I’d had it myself.

Because we all deserve spaces where we feel seen, heard, and safe to be ourselves.

Because sometimes just knowing there’s somewhere to go — once a week, or whenever you need to send a message — can make the world feel a little lighter.
