Decluttering and Adulting.

✅ 📱 Digital Declutter: Why I’m Cleaning My Online Space and How!

I recently realized that my digital life was cluttered with emails piling up, tabs open for weeks(like my fucking brain) and social media scrolling leaving me drained (the doom scroll). Cleaning it up has been surprisingly satisfying. 💻✨

Inbox Zero (or Close Enough) who am I kidding it’s still in its millions but I’ve done the recents 🙌.

Deleting unnecessary emails, unsubscribing from newsletters ( I did this and Pizza Hut can fuck off), and organizing folders has created mental clarity. A tidy inbox feels like breathing space for my brain. Tidy inbox tidy mind and all that jazz!

Social Media Boundaries

I unfollowed accounts that didn’t bring joy or value I kept Shitz n Gigglez as that’s mandatory as it brings me both! muted notifications, and set limits on scrolling (let’s see how that goes)

It’s amazing how much lighter my mind feels when I’m in control of my digital time.

Declutter Your Devices

Clearing desktop icons(if you’re rich or in the 90s), organizing files, and deleting apps (goodbye her it was fun whilst it lasted 🤦‍♀️ )

I don’t use creates a sense of order. It’s like a digital spring clean but in autumn! (Aka the pissing down rain)

Decluttering online space isn’t just practical it’s a form of self-care. It frees mental space, reduces stress, and lets creativity and focus flourish.(I live in hope 🤞)

You know what they say tidy place tidy mind and that can mean digitally to these days.
